Affiliation: University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), Department of Linguistics and Basque Studies (Hizkuntzalaritza eta Euskal Ikasketak Saila, HEIS).

​

Research Interests: Syntactic Theory, Morphology-Syntax Interface, Syntax-Semantics & Syntax-Pragmatics Interface, Linguistic Typology, Comparative Syntax, Basque and Romance Linguistics.


Research Topics: The grammar of temporal relations (tense, aspect, modals, temporal modifiers), Focus, Questions, Negation.
